Shipping & Delivery 

ishkabella takes utmost care in packaging and shipping items to its customers. Currently we provide shipping across the UK.

Standard Shipping Time is 4-5 business days. For orders required within a shorter time scale please contact us at ishkabella.co@gmail.com to confirm timescales prior to placing your order.

Shipping charges -

• Orders £50 or above – Free shipping
• Orders below £50 - £2.99 (standard charge)

Please note –

• All orders are sent by Royal Mail or similar delivery partner.
• Customers need to specify the full address and shipment details of the person who will be available to receive the order. Business addresses must be clearly stated and informed of at time of order.
• The recipient is required to cooperate with the courier agent in providing the identification proof (if required).
• The user is required to bear all the shipping and handling charges or customs charges (if any). 
• For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ongoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At ishkabella we do our best to deliver within the agreed time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
• ishkabella is not responsible for items dispatched to wrong address because of incorrect details given at check out.
• Please note: PO BOX addresses are not accepted.
