Refund policy

This policy is effective for all orders placed on our website www.ishkabella.com

At ishkabella, we are committed to offer you a smooth and reliable shopping experience. While we ensure quality and design are up to high standards, we understand that individual preferences may vary. That’s why we offer exchanges and returns under certain conditions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at ishkabella.co@gmail.com.

 

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on most of our items, with a few exceptions. Please note:

  • Exchange and return are limited to one time per order.
  • Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
  • Store credit will be issued for exchanged items, valid for 11 months.
  • Unfortunately, items bought using a gift card are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • All returned items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items failing quality check (e.g., signs of wear / used, damage, or missing packaging) will be returned to the customer without exchange.

 

Return Policy

We do not provide monetary refunds. Returns are only accepted in the form of store credit, valid for 11 months from the date of issue.

Colour variations

Please note that due to lighting and photography, actual product colours may vary slightly from images shown on the website.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Examples of what are not considered as defect:

Each item that you purchase from ishkabella is handled with utmost care and it isn’t our intention to provide you with defective items. Handcrafted or handwoven items are not the same as each time, there may be slight change in wave or thread movement. However, we’d like to clarify what does not constitute as defect:

  • You may notice tiny knots/bumps in weaving that sometimes occur when threads are broken and they need to be tied again in the handloom
  • Sometimes while taking pictures the colour may look slightly different owing to the lighting conditions or the display settings of your devices. We request you consider these minor colour variations.
  • Little gaps in and around motifs.

 

If your order shows as delivered but not received

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact us within 3 days. Due to delivery partner policy updates, sometimes we are unable to assist with delivery issues reported after 72 hours from the delivery timestamp.

 

Item unavailability

In rare cases, if an item becomes unavailable or is delayed beyond expected timelines, the order may be cancelled and the customer will be issued store credit or a refund to the original payment method, as applicable.

 

Returns policy for custom items

We do not accept requests of exchange/return on custom-made items.
